Jason Reames founded Reames Real Estate with a commitment to integrity, accountability, and disciplined execution.

A former U.S. Army officer, Jason brings strong leadership, clear communication, and dependable follow-through to every transaction. Those principles guide the way the company works with sellers and partners.

Currently completing a skilled trades apprenticeship, he combines hands-on construction knowledge with real-world investment experience to accurately evaluate properties and develop practical solutions — whether that involves flexible timelines, fast closings, or navigating complex property conditions.

Jenn Reames — Operations & Seller Experience

Jenn Reames plays a key leadership role in the operations and organizational management of Reames Real Estate, ensuring each project and transaction moves efficiently from initial conversation through closing.

With over 15 years of experience managing teams and 5 years in sales, Jenn brings strong organizational systems, clear communication, and steady coordination to every step of the process. She oversees transaction management, marketing support, and operational planning to keep acquisitions and renovations running smoothly.

As part of the company’s long-term investment strategy, Jenn also helps guide property management planning and tenant considerations, giving homeowners and landlords confidence throughout the transition.

Outside of business, Jenn is a proud mom to her 7-year-old son, Kian — a role that shapes her commitment to stability, responsibility, and long-term thinking
